Inspired by the 1929 silent film Pandora’s Box, my 3D garment reimagines the mystery and allure of Louise Brooks' iconic character through a modern lens. I began by studying the film’s themes and aesthetics—dark elegance, tension, and glamor—to design a look that feels both vintage and contemporary. I experimented with draping and silhouette in Blender, starting from a basic pattern and sculpting it into something theatrical yet wearable. Lighting played a key role in enhancing the garment’s texture and mood. I used a subtle area light setup to capture the contrast and drama of German Expressionist cinema. This project allowed me to merge storytelling with technical skills, and bring a timeless femme fatale into the digital age.
